Greg McMorrow, Business Development Executive at IBM, has joined The Davinci Group. I had a great conversation with Greg today about our real estate endeavor, and said one of his friends was starting a REIT in New Orleans. He thought it might be one of those rare times when several economic conditions are all converging to help the fundamental idea of buying real estate. He looked at my business model and asked me about the financial projections and said they were right on par with what should be expected. He also shared www.recovery.gov with me and talked a little bit about how to go about applying for public funds.

New Orleans - interesting. I wonder if it has to do with any of the hurricane aftermath. I'm extremely excited to have Greg on board, because he knows the answer to almost anything.
